Important Information

Arrival & Timeline

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. Final setup will be completed by approximately 2:15 PM, so we kindly ask that guests arrive after 2:15 PM.

Cocktail hour will begin immediately following the ceremony, followed by dinner and dessert.

Parking

Please park on the street along Plumtree Road and be courteous of our neighbors by not blocking any driveways or mailboxes.

If street parking on Plumtree Road is full, please park on Riford Road and walk to the house.

A parking and walking map is provided below to help guide you to the house, as it is tucked away in the back of the property.

Outdoor Venue

Both our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. If weather becomes a concern, we will communicate any updates to guests accordingly.

Swimming

The pool will be open and guests are welcome to enjoy it! If you’d like to swim, please remember to bring a swimsuit and a towel.

Children

Children are absolutely welcome! We can’t wait to celebrate with guests of all ages.

Dinner

Cocktail hour will feature a selection of appetizers. Dinner will include fresh salad, vodka pasta, and a pizza food truck featuring its full menu, followed by dessert.

Dress Code

Wear whatever you’re most comfortable in! As Will likes to say, “Dress like you’re going to The Masters.” Think polished, relaxed, and comfortable.

Please keep in mind that you’ll be walking on grass, so we recommend wearing shoes that are suitable for an outdoor setting.
